Age and condition
All products sold by Real Original are reclaimed or have reclaimed components. As such they will have signs of wear and tear. All items are individual and are listed with high resolution images of the actual item being sold. It is the responsibility of the customer to satisfy themselves with the condition and that an item is fit for purpose before buying.
We make every effort to be accurate with ages, dimensions, and condition to the best of our knowledge at time of sale.
All sizes are approximate.
Returns
Customers will have 14 days from date of delivery during which time they may request to return the goods for a full refund, excluding return carriage costs. After that, any returns will be at Real Original’s discretion. Items will only be considered for return/refund if in the same condition as supplied. Items will not be considered for return if they have been installed, used or altered in any way.
